If you believe that content on READY CV infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to copyright@readycvv.com that includes all of the following:

  1. Description of the copyrighted work: Identify the work you claim has been infringed (e.g., a link to the original work or a description of it).
  2. Location of the infringing content: Provide the URL(s) or other specific information identifying where the allegedly infringing content appears on our platform.
  3. Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review your notice and, if valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly. We will also notify the user who posted the content.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to copyright@readycvv.com that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which READY CV may be found).

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant seeks a court order.

Repeat Infringers

READY CV will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
